Excited to welcome CUIT joining Basehall 02 - finally get to try this renowed sourdough bakery without going all the way to Sai Kung!! Fell in love with their smoked salmon sandwich - multigrain sourdough was chewy on its crust, with a moist yet bouncy interior, tasted absolutely amazing with the generous portion of cream cheese and pink gravlax (they are seasoned by juniper berries and beetroot) ( ´▽` )ノ this classic combo of mortadella and stracciatella can’t go wrong but the focaccia was unfortunately a bit disappointing (´・_・`) Despite having a airy texture, it was a bit dry (i have tried twice in a week so probably not a matter of luck), maybe because the sandwiches were pre-made and placed in the fridge before lunch hours ( ・᷄-・᷅ )

好消息!! 想吃CUIT的酸種面包不用再山長水遠跑到西貢去, 最近進駐了Basehall 02, 在中環也能輕鬆享受他們的三文治( ´▽` )ノ 每週的款式都稍有不同, 但如果大家剛好遇上煙三文魚的話一定不要錯過!雜穀酸種面包口感煙韌很有彈性,兩塊厚切面包中間是厚厚一層的煙三文魚、青瓜片和忌廉芝士, 好吃之餘超級足料⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ mortadella火腿加stracciatella芝士這個組合相當經典, 但整體有點令人失望 - 佛卡夏麵包吃起很乾…. (為了測試是不是偶然的失誤我還一星期內買了兩次這款´・_・`)可能是因為三明治是早上預先做好一直放在冰櫃?( ・᷄-・᷅ )
