元旦日深水埗好熱鬧!男朋友病好我都難得地有得出街食好嘢,佢話想食點心就緊係YES啦!見到呢間評語都唔錯就去試下吧!點心紙最頂部分就係選茶,簡單易揀只有三種都係大家係茶樓一定會叫到的普洱 、水仙、鐵觀音均$5一位,反正我地都只係識呢啲哈哈。小店貼滿各種特色點心的簡介照片,我地都叫左當中三款:脆皮馬拉糕,非油炸蝦多士,籠仔開邊蝦飯。脆皮馬拉糕($24):顧名思義面上係將原本濕潤嘅表面變成脆皮, 都比想象中大份,預先分好左6小件方便食用,已經避免到傳統馬拉糕會因為每人夾一啖而一岩一忽咁肉酸的情況。味道上保持到傳統奶香味之餘,口感又有突破,好味。而蝦多士($28)我都食過幾次,但每次都因為太油膩而唔敢食多件,今次竟然比我見到寫明非油炸就緊係要試下!果然,我食左三件都未覺得膩味道唔會太咸,用烘的方式代替同樣做到脆卜卜嘅口感,而且攤凍咗口感都唔會有變,仲脆咗!籠仔開邊蝦飯($36):成六條開邊蝦有好多蒜蓉喺面,下面喺荷葉包飯。送上嚟已經好大蒜香味,加多小小豉油撈飯真係一流。不過嫌太多蒜撈埋會太過辣口,所以拍辣的話撈之前記得潷起些小蒜走。而蝦餃($16),雞扎($26)都係平日食點心一定會叫!蝦餃

而蝦餃($16),雞扎($26)都係平日食點心一定會叫!蝦餃 內涵味道唔錯,唔係單單得肥肉撈成。但略嚴 蒸得太過火,一夾起個皮癡實哂張紙,放落口直情溶哂,口感實在有啲差
。相反雞扎都幾出色,雞柳香滑仲用左香菇代替芋頭減少飽腹感而且更夾。

我地會再翻嚟食
