生日月真係好多飯局,今次就去左呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅”圖書館”食午餐餐廳環境典雅,岩哂我呢d注意儀式感嘅港女🥰午餐就分別有3-5道菜可選擇,今次我地就揀左4道菜🥰先黎一份餐包🌿French Duck Breast Tartare外層係香脆嘅烤卷,內層係用52℃煙燻製成嘅鴨胸肉,味道香濃,配合Greek yogurt及法國韭菜,口感層次豐富🌿Cedar Smoked Salmon & Raw Tuna呢款係三文魚+赤身,配上泰國醋及芥末醬,口感清新,刺身上加左岩鹽調味,係一道十分開胃嘅前菜🌿Hummus & Artichoke Bisque用鷹嘴豆、黑蒜、茴香、番茄乾煮成嘅湯,用雞湯熬製而成,味道唔算好濃但豆香味十足🌿Lobster Bisque 酥皮香脆,旁邊仲配有Brandy鮮奶油,直接加落湯度令龍蝦湯更香滑,湯內亦有龍蝦肉,但如果湯底可以更濃郁就更好喇🫶🏻🌿Red Wood Charcoal Grilled Spanish Cuttlefish & Octopus個人黎講相比起肉類我更鍾意海鮮,一碟已經有齊墨魚&章魚,章魚用52℃低溫烹調,兩款肉質都好彈牙🌿Red Wood Charco
