兩大英國廚神來港開業, 兩間都火紅得很! 兩間都試過了, 我比較喜歡地獄廚神這一家!一早就在網上訂座, 其實唔係好難, 大概他們沒有太早放寬網上訂座, 如果見網上滿座, 其實只要EMAIL 給他們也可以安排到, 而且回覆電郵亦很高效率的! 環境非常CASUAL, 唯一美中不足的是背景音樂有時都幾嘈, 不過都OK既~星期日一早黎到, 因為一早已科讀各位的食評, 所以好快就決定好食咩~麵包(SOURDOUGH) 好快就黎到, 仲係有少少暖, 再加上我叫左GINGER ALE, 行上去行到出汗, 飲呢個唔太甜, 爽啦~  我地叫左頭盤有Sea bass carpaccio with Avocado, horseaadish ginger, Tamarind spiced chicken wings~ 呢2個應該係每台必叫, WAITER都同我地講, 呢2個簡直係"最受歡迎"既STARTER!  一濃一淡, 我好喜歡個魚, 超新鮮, 唔腥! 個柚子味好REFRESHING, 有甜又有少少酸, 開胃, 再加上香草, 爽身~雞亦味濃, 很有亞洲風味~ 因為我地今次只係2個人, 所以我地只係叫左一個

星期日一早黎到, 因為一早已科讀各位的食評, 所以好快就決定好食咩~麵包(SOURDOUGH) 好快就黎到, 仲係有少少暖, 再加上我叫左GINGER ALE, 行上去行到出汗, 飲呢個唔太甜, 爽啦~  我地叫左頭盤有Sea bass carpaccio with Avocado, horseaadish ginger, Tamarind spiced chicken wings~ 呢2個應該係每台必叫, WAITER都同我地講, 呢2個簡直係"最受歡迎"既STARTER!  一濃一淡, 我好喜歡個魚, 超新鮮, 唔腥! 個柚子味好REFRESHING, 有甜又有少少酸, 開胃, 再加上香草, 爽身~雞亦味濃, 很有亞洲風味~

因為我地今次只係2個人, 所以我地只係叫左一個MAINS 加一個SIDE DISH - Dingley Dell pork chops 10oz+薯條!  PORK CHOP 唔係100%全熟, 就係咁先夠JUICY, 肉汁KEEP 到而令肉身很軟滑, 醃肉入味又唔會過咸, 尤其是有一枝骨個舊, 真係會爭住黎食! 同一盤內仲有生既西洋菜, 焗蕃茄,洋蔥同蒜頭, 呢幾樣都可以減輕食肉既膩......不過, 個醬汁就係牛油做的, 真係好邪惡!
 我地食肉個陣點, 食薯條個陣都點, 簡直點到一滴不剩為止~

很多時候我都唔鐘意食甜品, 不過英國餐廳有我最喜愛的ETON MESS, 朋友就要左Pineapple Carpaccio, passion fruit, coconut sorbet。ETON MESS係最簡單的, BERRIES, 馬令再加上CREAM 而做成, 雖說簡單, 但馬令應該是自家製仲減左甜味, 食落唔太甜, 同酸酸地既BERRIES 很配~

Pineapple Carpaccio, passion fruit, coconut sorbet, 很可以同頭盤既雞亦互相呼應! 很亞洲, 食落又係好舒服~

侍應非常細心, 襯得閒時都有問我地意見, 同我地交流下~ 而我覺得比令外一間好既係, 佢地會係食頭盤, 主菜同甜品前換過晒D 碟同刀叉!  我下星期會再去多次架, 要試下DINNER MENU!
