這晚與朋友相約在日式串燒吧Yayakiya (八焼鳥屋)聚聚。這家主打本地較少會遇上的博多風串燒和料理,由日籍大廚主理。其實自己月初才由九州返港,這麼快又可回味那邊yakitori bar的滋味,真好。起初查地址時看到餐廳地址在尖沙嘴漆咸道南,於是沿路在找,但卻找不到Yayakiya的所蹤。後來才發現原來餐廳入口是在赫德道,由漆咸道南走進去約2分鐘步程,或者也可以認住「泰豐廔」這招牌。先飲杯雞尾酒,店方推介這裡的特色雞尾酒Apple Sabi ($88/杯或$158/壺)。青蘋果汁、菠蘿汁、青蘋果酒及清酒調配,再加上少量青芥辣。這款雞尾酒有多款飲法。如果淨飲,果香頗豐富,但多了wasabi的aftertaste,相當有趣。不過大家亦可以按自己的口味再在酒中加入青蘋果粒和青芥辣。另外還有附上一包青蘋果味爆炸糖作,飲的時候一口爆炸糖、一口雞尾酒,糖在口腔中'爆炸'的感覺好好玩!之後我又再選多杯雞尾酒Sake Cucumber Mojito ($88),青瓜薄荷加上清酒,相當清新,實在與這春夏日很夾呢。小食我們選了2款天婦羅 - 雞泡魚乾天婦羅 ($58) 和鯖魚天婦羅 ($58)。2款都炸
