To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢遇到生日、紀念日要慶祝,或者想找一個坐得耐又舒服的地方與朋友聚餐時,必定會聯想到酒店的自助餐。這夜先得謝謝富豪香港酒店及有關方面邀請,讓我參與「招牌.海鮮極級自助晚餐」試食活動。自助餐桌上的食物種類繁多,除了基本的壽司刺身、海鮮冷盤、中西式熱盤及甜品雪糕等外,還有即煎鵝肝與即焗梳乎厘供應。海鮮冷盤有花蟹、阿拉斯加蟹腳、青口及翡翠螺等,當中的阿拉斯加蟹腳帶海水鹹鮮味,可惜肉質有點粗嚡。以小杯盛載的龍蝦蟹子釀芒果,雖然龍蝦肉的份量極少,不過把青瓜絲與芒果等作為沙律吃也挺清新。除此之外,自助沙津吧還提供各式各樣的蔬菜、配料與醬汁等,可隨意配搭最喜歡的口味。小吃類別中,焗蠔與焗帶子也極受歡迎,每次添加也立刻被掃光。帶子上的煙肉焗得太乾,不過肉厚的帶子沾滿半溶的芝士,趁熱吃味道不算差。另外,香煎鵝肝實屬回本菜式,幼滑甘香的鵝肝,配搭多士及黑醋同吃以減輕油膩,令人無法抗拒,難怪煎鵝肝的師傅面前總是排起人龍,其受歡迎的程度可見一斑。小吃過後,喝碗湯清清味蕾來迎接主食就最好不過。除了西式的龍蝦湯之外,還有中式的鱆魚蓮藕煲唐排,味道尚算清甜,不過有點油膩。輪到主食,自助餐總不能缺少的燒牛肉,肉質軟腍

輪到主食,自助餐總不能缺少的燒牛肉,肉質軟腍,外層的黑椒與蘸吃的醬汁使味道更為香濃,縱使牛味不強,也能滿足一眾牛癡。放在燒牛肉旁邊的酥皮三文魚,酥皮入口微脆,內裏夾着菠菜與三文魚,焗熟後肉質有欠嫰滑在所難免,切得厚厚的一片也吃得滿意。
印度烤肉

除了一般中西式熱盤外,較有特色的要數電烤爐內的印度烤肉,是夜只剩下內層的烤肉以致不夠香口,肉質帶肥而調味不濃,需輔以薄荷汁同吃來增強味道。旁邊的烤菠蘿味道香甜,絕對不比烤肉遜色。另外,印式咖喱牛肉選取牛尾部份來燴煮,肉質鬆化而入味,咖喱汁既香且辣,以烤餅及白飯沾上咖喱汁同吃,更添風味。

最後吃了數款甜品。當中最喜歡的是火焰雪山,在蛋白霜底下,是內藏雪糕的海綿蛋糕,服務生先淋酒再點火,營造出火焰效果,既好玩又好吃。不過蛋白霜內還有未溶的沙糖,影響了口感。拿破崙的酥皮縱使沒有牛油香,但仍見鬆脆,加上吉士醬與芒果片,是令我添吃的一款。香蕉朱古力梳乎厘裡頭混了香蕉肉及朱古力,味道雖然甚有特色,質感卻濕濕黏黏似的,不如檸檬味梳乎厘般輕柔鬆軟。

整體來說,味道方面仍有進步空間,早兩天妹妹也吃過這兒的自助餐,還用了海洋公園全年入場證所贈送的優惠卷,平均每人不用$300,以這個價錢來說,收貨!
