有一次想食醬油蟹,朋友就介紹我去《三木韓燒》試下正宗韓國人嘅料理。店員介紹佢地嘅食材都係韓國空運到港,加上韓國店主嘅家鄉烹調方式,保證完美還原韓國風味。醬油蟹平時出面食醬油蟹真係要好小心。佢地就選用韓國直送嘅醬油蟹,所以食用方面就有信心嘅保證。同埋見到佢哋嘅蟹肉都係晶凝通透,口感比較爽口,又唔會太鹹嘅醬油味。牛肋骨湯炆煮到入晒味嘅牛肋骨,肉質好輕易就同骨分離,充滿醬油味而口感亦都相當軟腍。人蔘雞湯入面真係足足有半隻雞,加埋韓國人蔘去熬製,味道濃郁又有人蔘嘅香味。調味牛肋骨預先醃晒味嘅牛肋骨,可以用大火煎燒香表面至兩邊焦香。食落完全會乾,又有甜甜地嘅味道。三木韓國料理 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀堪富利士道12-16號宏貿發展大廈2樓

醬油蟹
平時出面食醬油蟹真係要好小心。佢地就選用韓國直送嘅醬油蟹,所以食用方面就有信心嘅保證。同埋見到佢哋嘅蟹肉都係晶凝通透,口感比較爽口,又唔會太鹹嘅醬油味。


牛肋骨湯
炆煮到入晒味嘅牛肋骨,肉質好輕易就同骨分離,充滿醬油味而口感亦都相當軟腍。


人蔘雞湯
入面真係足足有半隻雞,加埋韓國人蔘去熬製,味道濃郁又有人蔘嘅香味。


調味牛肋骨
預先醃晒味嘅牛肋骨,可以用大火煎燒香表面至兩邊焦香。食落完全會乾,又有甜甜地嘅味道。
