天文台預報,未來几天的氣溫會下降,所以要做好禦寒措施。衣服要保暖,也要在飲食方面入手,先以溫補美饌來暖身,咖哩就是我的首選。朋友表示,天后有咖哩自助餐。可是來到餐廳,才知道自助餐只在五六日晚供應。這晚没有自助餐,唯有選二人晚餐,有齊餐湯小食前菜二款咖喱配飯及烤餅,無需為選菜而煩惱了。 餐湯 蕃茄湯,但略鹹。 小食  4款特色醬汁配圓錐形的辣薄脆Papad綠色~薄荷醬  紅色~甜酸醬 加了阿蔘果/羅望子。這種東南亞的果實,味道較酸,加了糖後,跟五柳甜酸汁很相似。   黃色~洋蔥蒜蓉醬 香辣就當然啦!   橙色~辣椒醬 酸辣為主  把四款醬汁倒在碟子上,再以脆脆胡椒餅沾上醬汁享用,先給味蕾來一個前奏。薯蓉咖哩角Samosa 大大件,漲卜卜。中間釀滿了咖哩薯蓉,還有原粒莞茜籽,熱辣辣香噴噴,十分適合在寒冷的天氣享用。炸得剛剛好,表皮不太硬,再配上內裡軟棉棉熱辣辣的薯蓉,不用花太多的牙力,就能享受美味的咖哩角。 唔似香港版本的咖哩角:餡料很少,炸得又扁又乾又硬身。無骨燒雞及烤魚Chicken Tikka & Fish Tikka 紅色的雞肉根本不辣,而且肉質頗滑。炸魚纖維有質感,並非平價魚柳。

大大件,漲卜卜。中間釀滿了咖哩薯蓉,還有原粒莞茜籽,熱辣辣香噴噴,十分適合在寒冷的天氣享用。炸得剛剛好,表皮不太硬,再配上內裡軟棉棉熱辣辣的薯蓉,不用花太多的牙力,就能享受美味的咖哩角。 唔似香港版本的咖哩角:餡料很少,炸得又扁又乾又硬身。

炸魚纖維有質感,並非平價魚柳。

以鐡板呈上,有椰菜墊底,不會燒焦  
來到二款咖哩了,底部都以小燭台保溫。

Masala以香辣為主,各款香料都被研磨成粉,只看到一堆黃色的Masala咖哩。

表面加了生莞茜,用作提味,可惜香料唔夠,即是唔夠香辣,如果增加香料濃度就好了。

另外Masala醬汁不足夠,可否refill呢!

又凍又甜的白色圓形物體,制作方法跟 Ricotta cheese很相似,都是以酸性液體,把牛奶中的牛奶蛋白與水分子分離,從而把牛奶蛋白提煉出來。  

但細碎的Rasgulla質地較硬身,再搓成圓圓的小白球,放入超甜的糖水之中。

而細碎的Rasgulla之間有很多空間,就如海棉一樣,吸收大量糖水

輕輕一按,勁甜的糖水就會<必>出來。 

口感:好以濕水的紙巾碎,浸在煉奶味的糖水內,

紙巾碎=那些凝固後的牛奶蛋白。 

幸好自己嗜甜,覺得無問題。 

印度甜品向來都是超甜!  甜可以解辣呢!

套餐加二十元可配飲品。

自己點了熱的Masala茶

第二天身體變得溫暖了,食咖哩暖身真有效。 

其實本身很喜歡咖哩,亦偏向濃味/重口味。

如果餐廳能保持其家鄉所用的香料濃度/配方,就更加好了。
