To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位於洒店的頂層，整排的落地玻璃感覺十分開揚，沙田馬場和城門河盡入眼簾，令人心情舒暢😊😊😊十二點半，還未有客人，座位任揀，選了比較入的高枱。全埸只有大約五、六張枱，不會太熱鬧。餐廳中午只供應Set lunch，但選擇很少，除了一款魚生丼，完全沒有飯或意粉類。先來南瓜湯和麵包。南瓜湯很濃郁，杰度剛好。麵包微熱，全部都好食。美國西冷質數十分普通，還有點硬，伴碟只有一舊西蘭花和一些薯條。有點失望。煎三文魚朋友說肉很滑，皮也脆，伴碟有薯蓉和西蘭花。最後還有生果和餐飲。以洒店西餐來說，價錢算平，不趕時間的話，慢慢吃，傾下偈，享受一下舒適的環境，很是不錯呢
