喺銅鑼灣一直都搵唔到一碗好食嘅生牛肉湯河🙍🏻‍♀️直到今日就喺銅鑼灣世貿遇到𠈄..味道記憶中嘅越式生牛河... 嗰種獨特嘅香味要有齊晒所有材料先會有... 只係開咗10日嘅錦越式牛肉粉專門店..枱面有一張教你點樣食,牛河嘅小貼士..一睇原來係同我平時食湯河嘅習慣一樣...先飲湯後加其他材料..然後每一啖都會連湯一齊食..牛湯味道好濃郁.. 不過略嫌油咗少少.. 香菜同埋洋蔥嘅香味.. 再加埋九層塔同埋辣椒.. 真係perfect match... 最驚喜係佢嘅牛肉.. 唔係平時大部份越南餐廳都係會用薄牛肉..有啲似肥牛嘅..而係似滑牛既質感有𡁻頭..有肉香...河粉仲滑到跣入喉嚨😜法式牛油雞翼有蒜蓉牛油嘅香味..雞翼質地唔錯..外皮好脆..所以食嘅時候要小心𠝹嘴... 不過都係油多咗啲.. 凍薏米水值得一讚.. 薏米質地非常好...唔會好似發水薏米咁淋...下次我會試吓米紙卷㗎啦😋

凍薏米水值得一讚.. 薏米質地非常好...唔會好似發水薏米咁淋...

下次我會試吓米紙卷㗎啦😋
