晚飯時間,和先生來到出名多餐廳的澳門逸園中心食飯,上次試過19樓的『磯野水產』,今次來到樓下的『漁獲浜燒』,看看那間更出色。💕一入餐廳,就聞到陣陣的炭燒海鮮香味,原來店員會即埸把海鮮燒好,再送到客人枱面,全程貴賓式服務,來到『魚獲浜燒』,一定不能錯過浜燒海鮮!!⭐餐廳光線充足,日式設計新穎優雅,讓人彷彿置身日式和屋,由於窗邊位置已經滿座,我們被安排在室內的二人座位,打開餐牌,除浜燒外,刺身, 丼飯 ,湯鍋,燒物,小食都有齊, 選擇豐富。👍年紀大左,前菜都會想食些健康點的,今次選了「黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律🎐」,沙律內有生菜,牛油果,車厘茄和沙律菜,混合香氣撲鼻的黑松露醬,酸酸的果醋,魚油滿瀉的燒平目魚邊,讓蔬菜的清甜味道更突出,清新又清腸胃。😆跟著出場的是刺身環節,選了一個中價位的「刺身盛合5款」,擺盤就像一條色彩繽紛的琴鍵,款款刺身都新鮮,油亮而且切得很厚身,包括有肥美鮮甜的油甘魚,色澤紅潤的吞拿魚,肉質細膩的牡丹蝦,油脂豐富的三文魚和入口即溶的馬糞海膽。😍油甘魚肉質甘甜,脂肪分佈平均, 口感香滑細膩,油脂在嘴巴內充分溶解,十分滿足。 這日的吞拿魚是近魚腩的中拖羅部位,紋路均勻,脂肪豐

我們的帆立貝一隻用清酒燒,一隻用牛油燒,牛油燒的入口較香,帶子吸收油份後變得更軟滑;清酒的甜味使帆立貝更香甜,更鮮。


活鮑魚個頭很大,燒好的鮑魚雖有點縮水,
但都鮮甜,很有咬口。


以彈牙爽脆見稱的粒貝,刺身食得多,
用清酒煮是第一次試,煮完依舊爽脆,清酒湯中帶有濃烈的海螺味道,非常鮮甜可口。🥳

19樓『磯野水產』燈光柔和,浜燒有一個日式小火爐,可以自己慢慢燒感受浜燒的樂趣!🤩

18樓『漁獲浜燒』光線充足, 店員全程貴賓式服務,把美食送上,兩間各有各好, 總括來說,『漁獲浜燒』食材新鮮,又有專人服務,同先生一齊去都幾浪漫。

食飯期間,燒海鮮的香味不停在身邊徘徊,其實係幾香的,也特別有食欲,但食飽個身都有陣燒烤味,建議在廚房內燒會更好。
