To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「怡紅院」是中國古代所有青樓、妓寨的代名詞，想不到「恰紅院」現在是火鍋店，還在社交媒體中爆紅～～～。以古代青樓為主題，前廳掛上大紅燈籠，卡位別緻地提上富有含意的名字，包括「撚雀園」、「吹蕭亭」跟「含春角」🙈還有五光十色的酒吧，客人可以在此花天酒地😆 這家的雞尾酒很有特色，除了常見的中國人花瓶造型，中式茶樓茶壺造型的酸梅湯味雞尾酒很好喝～。點了名妓湯底的養生藥膳花雕雞，超級足料啊！雞肉份量超多，而且好入味好嫩滑🤤 喜歡吃牛的話，一定要點騸牯黃牛封門柳，肉質較爽口而且牛味濃郁，吃多也不會膩，很不錯！自家製蕃茄芝士豬肉餃也很推薦～皮薄餡靚😋 。這裡食材和湯鍋很不錯，裝潢又有特色，一定會再去吃～～～
