To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有吃上海菜，經過iSQUARE國際廣場，看見有「上海婆婆336」，那就入去試試。餐廳裝修以工業風設計，擺設精美。餐廳面積彼大、寬敞，座位舒適。食物種類選擇多多，包括：廚師精選、點心、拉麵、湯類、甜品…等等。 😋餐廳使用QR code點餐，是日選擇：1️⃣上海酸辣湯 🍽開胃湯品，酸辣度適中。 2️⃣韭黃炒鱔糊 🍽鱔切成一條條幼細的鱔絲，不用咀嚼就直接滑入口中，瞬間溶化。 3️⃣糟炒滑魚片 🍽芡汁多，雲耳清爽，魚片滑嫩，沒有骨，肉質仍可保持亦不散。 4️⃣綠茶芋泥餅 🍽外酥內軟，香甜芋泥餡，美味可口。 5️⃣高力豆沙 🍽滿滿糖霜，紅豆餡餡料，甜而不膩，邪惡甜品！
