To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從鴨脷洲有了港鐵站都沒有來看過, 今天便試下搭MTR, 幾快噃。。原來大街的食店都轉變了許多。多了些特式的小店。見到一間則開張的「越大哥﹣越式小廚。不妨一試啦。越南老闆用純正的廣東話給我地介紹了幾款招牌菜。( 原來他來了香港已有十年)我們點了蟹肉湯底肉丸、酸子蝦、越式蝦膏農家茶、順化牛骨湯河仲有牛油雞翼少不了。再來一杯drip coffee, 大滿足了。朋友叫了老闆家傳的豆漿, 同香港的不一樣。幾特別同好濃豆味好滑。更買了1樽外賣tim.
