突然落大雨☔️,同友人避雨時就發現咗依間地庫居酒屋🏮,既然都有小小肚餓就索性入咗去試一試🙊。一落去就見到一大幅橫額寫住新鮮刺身,好搶眼👀。而店家仲好細心安排咗有鎖嘅遮架比客人使用,咁就唔洗再擔心唔見遮嘅情況啦☂️入到去就見到充滿日式風格,卡位仲佈置到草屋feel,好得意我哋一坐低就即刻諗住叫嘢食,但見到咁多刺身壽司🍣都唔知叫邊款好😂店員好好心機咁走過黎同我哋逐項介紹,見我哋都冇意見就提議不如叫一個廚師發板。我哋見價錢都OK咁就決定試吓啦!等左一陣就上菜啦! 廚師發板:-拖羅肉蓉好甘香再加上蔥好香,入口即融-大池魚則口感輕盈爽彈-劍魚腩同平時食魚刺身有D唔同,口感有少少似熟魚,油脂好足夠,魚香味出哂黎😻-左口魚裙邊有焦香而且鋪上黑松露,味道十分濃郁又不會蓋過魚味-海膽,非常新鮮,口感濃郁。海膽軍盤係我哋另外加一客的而店員仲講解咗鰤魚同油甘魚有啲咩分別👅咁我就係略略介紹一下啦-鰤魚同油甘魚最大分別就係前者脂肪分佈較平均,油分較重同魚味較濃郁。而最易分辨就係鰤魚魚肉會比油甘魚魚肉色澤較為紅潤☝🏻果然粉紅嫰滑肉質食落夠彈牙!扮完食家啦😆再叫少少串燒食先我哋就叫咗雞翼串燒,雞軟骨串燒,煙肉年糕串雞翼

雞翼燒得夠脆又香口而且雞肉嫩滑,雞軟骨就燒到金黃色好有咬口
煙肉嘅鹹味岩岩比年糕中和,食落超煙韌
