Restaurant: Chung's House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道鍾菜館在數碼港,今日同媽咪趁假期落嚟飲茶。新舖新思維,已經用數碼落單,都算方便。叫了幾個基本點心包括燒賣、鮮竹卷、叉燒腸、珍珠雞和一碟陳皮炒河。炒河先到,等到食晒,啲點心重未到。看看落單時間,已超過半個鐘。搵個部長追追,態度極差敷衍了事。其實又入餐館到斟茶到送餐都是九流態度。好在今日心情好,唔係一定俾佢激死。公道講食物係OK嘅。鮮竹卷有翅(魚肚)湯浸,多湯而且鮮味得嚟唔覺重味精,珍珠雞足料,燒賣係逐粒叫($15 一粒)。碟叉燒腸就等足一個鐘都未到⋯咁嘅服務態度下次真係唔敢再嚟!
