To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

地方乾淨、服務好、但食物太普通

跟朋友去吃晚飯，地方寬敞、明亮、乾淨，座位與座位之間距離比較遠，可以靜靜地談話，由於是會員制的餐廳，服務員似乎都認識每一個食客，服務很周到，但是食物質素一般，餐牌上有泰國菜、西餐、中餐、印度菜，似乎選擇很多，但當點菜時，當晚很多食物都沒有了，沒有什麼選擇，感到有點失望。最後叫了印度咖喱羊煲配飯及薄餅，羊肉似乎不太新鮮，份量也比較少，飯有配印度薄餅，但是太油膩了，餅底也不鬆化，似乎是煎了一段時間，才上餐桌的，不太夠熱，味道一般。整體來說，服務是很好的，環境也優雅，但餸菜味道非常一般，其實可以減少種類，專心製作某幾種食物，提升餸菜質素會比較好。
