韓風來襲初期,BBQ7080可說是最先引起地道韓式燒肉,記得大約三、四年前初到山林道的7080,它是一間不停播放K-POP又多韓國人聚集的燒肉店,侍應們也是韓國人居多,整店氣氛極好,轉眼間7080也開設不止一間分店,這天剛巧在荃灣完成工作便相約朋友們到此﹔選址佔據18樓一整層,帶軍綠迷彩風,比起山林道店更大、地方也更舒適,此店可以容納二、三百人之多也完全無問題,相約一大班朋友、同事聚餐適合,侍應們韓國人、香港人都有,他們行動十分敏捷,每當完成一檯客人再需要重新擺放好餐具時都會推出餐車一併把伴菜也置於檯上,一入座,例牌伴菜已擺放好準備就緒,附上免費無限添加菜籃,此店會分配每人一盤伴菜,有辣泡菜、醃豆芽菜、冷豆腐等等,正餐還未登場,一小碟一小碟已被我掃清光,也會提供醬料: 味噌、海鹽麻油、又有生蒜片和辣椒,烤牛俐($108/100G),牛俐是薄切,輕翻烤幾下便可進食,燒起來帶些油脂香非常美味﹐肉質軟淋、口感也一流﹔烤五花腩($98/150G),五層分明的腩肉,侍應們經過時都會主動幫忙燒烤,整幅腩肉放烤盤上慢燒,燒至微金黃便剪成細塊,五花腩咬入帶肉汁又軟腍,用生菜、點醬進食又是另一番美味,烤

餐牌方面,感覺豬肉篇幅較多少少,特別而少有供應的濟洲島黑毛豬值得一試,而其他食物也會標明產地有美國、加拿大、英國、巴西等,食得放心;-
