To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看到上環星月樓新開張,就把握機會試一下他們的晚飯。上環酒樓絕對不容易做,這裏前身是鑽石酒樓,及後也易手數次,現時來到這間。地點絕對就腳,就在上環 MTR 隔離。食物質素整體水準平均,坐得舒服,全新酒樓裝修果然讓人耳目一新。我們叫了燒味拼盤:燒腩肉做得很香脆,肉質香而軟滑,叉燒甚好味道,口感一流,半肥瘦咬下去很暢快;另外油雞也做得很好,青瓜也是中和味覺的好良伴。酒樓內裏也有賣海鮮,全個海鮮缸在裏面,有澳洲龍蝦,本地龍蝦,鮑魚,游水魚;今天我們沒有試,但看上去也是不錯的選擇。豆腐煲甚燙口,豆腐做得很香滑,非常好吃。另外我們還叫了龍躉兩味,HKD268.00 甚有物值,先來炒球:肉質甚為香滑,好魚者切勿錯過。另外是班頭腩,也是水準之作,做得很香口:例湯也做得很好,沒有落味精。酒樓環境,甚為舒服:用心經營的酒樓應予支持。現時租金甚為昂貴,尤其是在地鐵站旁,樂意推介。
