To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

地獄拉麵.杰撻撻嘅湯底

本身男朋友係聽到有人介紹地獄拉麵 所以先帶咗我嚟食 因為佢知道我鍾意食辣 我細個係印尼工人姐姐照顧 我細個就已經係用辣椒送飯嘅人🤣而且鍾意飲湯 去到嘅時候男朋友幫我嗌 個湯嚟到 本身都覺得個湯底顏色好普通感覺好似唔夠辣 點知諗住試一試個湯先 跟住見到個湯好濃 覺得好似杰撻撻嗰種feel （正常湯個質地應該似水嗰種）之後先見到個場貼咗啲字寫住 可以叫員工整個湯底冇咁杰 後面先知道有樣嘢 個員工冇問過… 我男朋友話本身有睇過場上面啲嘢 都見唔到有呢個🤦🏻‍♀️ 個杰撻撻嘅口感硬係覺得怪怪地 當下真係覺得怪 都擺唔到落口 不過冇計啦叫都叫咗 所以照食男朋友話 佢嗰個個餃子🥟好食 個麵都OK
