老板、店員都好熱情,認真介紹咗餐牌、食材,同埋推介款式,上菜之後主動提供圍裙,見我哋影相影得耐,提醒我哋快啲食。埋單同老板傾,發現原來佢喺東京總店做徒弟學師14年,再返香港開真•分店。*黑骨 $96豚骨湯用西班牙豬骨煲10個鐘,濃郁但唔會油膩。咸度、濃厚度、蒜泥,我通通揀普通,重口味但唔鹹,絕對可以全部飲晒,而且係我心目中第一名嘅豚骨湯。「黑骨」加入墨魚汁、黑蒜油、秘製黑醬,先飲啖湯,再撈埋黑蒜免治豬肉碎「黑玉」。整體蒜香味濃郁,但未會過於強烈,但墨魚汁味未夠特出。日式叉燒都係用西班牙梅頭豬肉,香而軟腍,但不失口感。拉麵係幼麵,用自家調配”男の氣”麵粉,有咬口,掛湯掛得啱啱好,我強烈建議揀硬。祕製炎の醬必須加!自家調配辣醬,有啲似韓式甜辣醬,1辣唔夠喉啊!豚骨 $91同一個豚骨湯底,加入豬背脂,但相比之下冇黑骨咁驚豔。溏心蛋 $15單單一隻溏心蛋充滿醬油香、蛋香,蛋黃半熟好似果醬咁,而且就就連蛋黃都有醬油香。
