To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過旺角看見這間這間印尼餐廳, 看來非常道地,所以決定一試。。首先我點了古法燒雜錦飯(Nasi Bakar Special)($139),這是一道相當有特色的印尼經典菜式。飯菜採用傳統手工烹調,白飯用綠色香葉包裹,裡面夾雜著濃郁的印尼香料醬汁和鮮嫩的魷魚。搭配上香煎的燒雞脾、酥脆的炸黃豆餅和嫩滑的炸茄子,口感層次豐富,每一口都讓人回味無窮。特別是那道花生甜醬,為整個飯菜增添了一絲甜香,極富創意。。另一道我點的是巴東燒魚飯(Nasi Ikan Bakar Padang)($139),同樣令人難忘。烤魚肉質鮮嫩,外層帶有適度焦香,內裡香滑如絲。佐以同樣的炸黃豆餅和炸茄子,以及精心調製的雜菜,整體口味層次分明,酸甜鹹味互相輝映。。除主菜外,我們還點了原隻燒魷魚(Cumi Bakar)($118)作為小食。這道菜肉質彈牙,醬料恰到好處,不油膩卻充滿香氣,完美襯托出魷魚的鮮甜。搭配酥脆的炸黃豆餅(Tempe Penvet)($42),更是令人難忘。。飲品方面,選擇了印尼珍多冰和凍檸檬茶。印尼珍多冰是一款特色涼茶,清新怡人,可謂解膩解渴的最佳良伴。而凍檸檬茶的茶底香濃醇厚,酸甜適中,與整個用餐體驗
