今日搵食搵到黎新蒲崗 ,朋友話帶我食好野,心諗有咩咁特別🤔為食既朋友話呢間 醉標集泰菜、粵菜於一身既小菜館,好多元化,開業時好似以串燒為主,但後來決定將兩種菜式融合,撞出火花,客人又buy !隨便地叫左幾樣平時我地鐘意食既野:🥢 烤魚(清江魚):可以揀3樣配菜,我地揀左娃娃菜、豬紅同薯粉,魚的肉質都滑溜,魚味濃郁而沒有腥味;辣度適中,唔太過辣,另外配上爆香了的蒜蓉確實係好配搭!🥢潮洲蠔餅:蠔餅是傳統的潮州菜式,即叫即炸、燙口香脆、蠔仔鮮甜,一食落口個漿都好脆,麵粉蛋漿比例拿捏恰當。🥢豉椒炒蟶子:炒蟶子最緊要快靚正,佢用豉椒炒更香更惹味,煮既時間控制得好好,肉身唔會老!🥢燒茄子:串燒店必點,蒜蓉好香,簡直係蒜香十足,燒得剛剛好又唔會好乾身!🥢燒韭菜:愈來愈鐘意食呢道菜,灑滿孜然粉、辣椒粉後,烤至軟身夠哂惹味!🍹我地仲要左青檸梳打同龍眼冰

隨便地叫左幾樣平時我地鐘意食既野:

🥢 烤魚(清江魚):可以揀3樣配菜,我地揀左娃娃菜、豬紅同薯粉,魚的肉質都滑溜,魚味濃郁而沒有腥味;辣度適中,唔太過辣,另外配上爆香了的蒜蓉確實係好配搭!

🥢潮洲蠔餅:蠔餅是傳統的潮州菜式,即叫即炸、燙口香脆、蠔仔鮮甜,一食落口個漿都好脆,麵粉蛋漿比例拿捏恰當。

🥢豉椒炒蟶子:炒蟶子最緊要快靚正,佢用豉椒炒更香更惹味,煮既時間控制得好好,肉身唔會老!

🥢燒茄子:串燒店必點,蒜蓉好香,簡直係蒜香十足,燒得剛剛好又唔會好乾身!

🥢燒韭菜:愈來愈鐘意食呢道菜,灑滿孜然粉、辣椒粉後,烤至軟身夠哂惹味!
