今天有內地朋友到香港,想吃一些地道小炒美食,就想到官涌熟食市場這個隱世美食勝地,高鐵站落車,穿過去柯士甸站一出就到。走進熟食市場,已經感受到這裡的香港風味與小炒鍋氣。 我們 3 個人,點了 3 款小菜,首先是西蘭花炒象拔蚌,象拔蚌則肉質飽滿,非常爽口,火候十足。另外點了避風塘田雞,不太辣,也不會太油,田雞肉質鮮嫩,外酥裡嫩。 最欣賞蒜蓉開邊蝦,蝦肉爽口彈牙,最好味的還是打底的蒜蓉粉絲底,撈飯一流。現在有質素、有地道風味的大排檔、熟食市場不多了,好好品嚐好好珍惜。
