To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蘇媽相信好多人都識，今次我就特登揀左晚餐時段去try try。等位時間亦都好短，相信都係一到就有得入。今次我就叫左一個辣死你媽嘅雞髀飯+桔仔水，同埋白咖哩麵+拉茶（因為兩個人兩碟野）。個飯嘅份量唔錯🤭配料嘅配搭都好夾。主角嘅雞髀個皮好脆，肉質好嫩，再加上班蘭飯味道加成，成碟飯好夾、好好味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻至於因為我唔食得辣，所以麵就少辣。但係整體味道一流。麵質唔會太硬，同時間湯底味道好濃。成間鋪頭麵有馬來西亞嘅裝飾，的確令食客又有一番體會。
