🤔醬油撈麵撈麵比起沾麵更需要掛汁既麵同配料，呢度用既就係粗身拉麵，又煙韌又有彈性，掛汁一流！醬油加入蒜油調味，更加濃味，而且配料又多，有蒜、葱、洋葱、竹筍、鰹魚粉、慢煮叉燒等等，撈勻晒已經好香！另外亦有魚湯，可以加落麵度或者就咁飲，岩晒唔同食法既人！ 🫢鹽拉麵聽個名以為會好咸，點知完全相反，濃味得黎飲得出雞湯既清香，除佐雞亦有其他海鮮既鮮味，清甜香濃，配料既慢煮豬同慢煮雞亦好出色，慢煮既方法最能帶出食材既新鮮，唔會煮得過老，岩岩熟既肉質好嫩好滑，口感好好，加上麵條又好掛湯，口感亦好，完散既拉麵！食日本既麵再配埋日本既汽水就更加爽啦！

聽個名以為會好咸，點知完全相反，濃味得黎飲得出雞湯既清香，除佐雞亦有其他海鮮既鮮味，清甜香濃，配料既慢煮豬同慢煮雞亦好出色，慢煮既方法最能帶出食材既新鮮，唔會煮得過老，岩岩熟既肉質好嫩好滑，口感好好，加上麵條又好掛湯，口感亦好，完散既拉麵！
