偶然經過見到有泰國人姐姐喺度斬緊海南雞，心想應該唔錯再入去試吓，叫咗一碟金不換香辣肉碎炒可同一碟香辣肉碎煎蛋飯，炒河滿滿的一碟上枱香氣迫人，河粉Q彈爽滑，加入入了不少的肉碎、金不換、洋蔥同炒很野味，最後再加上紅椒絲做點綴，令碟河粉小辣得來味道又更加有層次感
