路過鰂魚涌,見到一間好地道嘅潮式菜館,想起兒時爸爸帶我食潮州滷水,一定要嗌鹵水鵝片同埋鵝肝~門口已經見到好多地道嘅潮式小菜,二話不說就入去食番餐喇~其他食物都相當吸引,但心有所屬😜都係要食鵝肝鵝片先😅鵝肝三寶,正正就有我想食嘅鵝肝同埋鵝片🤩當然再要加多樣啦,好想食鵝腸😆餐前小食居然係椒鹽池魚仔,正呀👍分量相當不少👍而且睇到滷水嘅顏色,就知道一定好入味啦~每條鵝腸都附着不多不少的肥膏,肥瘦比例得宜,爽脆得嚟又入味,真是不可多得呢~潮州獅頭鵝肉厚,骨架大,鵝味濃👍滷水鵝片軟嫩鬆化,油香豐富,鹵水味相當芳香,不會死鹹,又帶點點酒香,層次豐富😋😋😋滷鵝肝雖是潮州菜裏的一道常菜,但用當地獅頭鵝肝配上潮汕特產滷水汁便變得不可多得的名菜。鵝肝質感軟滑香口之餘, 厚厚的肝塊,淡嫩的粉紅,透着淡雅的滷香,有別於一般傳統口味的那種硬實和濃鹹,取而代之是一口柔嫩與清香。反沙芋是考功夫的一道小食,在香港很難吃得到,現時只有部份潮州餐廳才有供應,這裡就有,我當然吾會錯過啦~反沙芋頭,糖粒幼細均勻,每條芋頭都被薄薄的白沙糖包著,外表討好。咬下去,芋頭熱熱的,是即叫即炒的味道!真是皮脆芋香😋😋😋食到一餐地道潮州菜

分量相當不少👍而且睇到滷水嘅顏色,就知道一定好入味啦~

每條鵝腸都附着不多不少的肥膏,肥瘦比例得宜,爽脆得嚟又入味,真是不可多得呢~
