To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在石硤尾上完堂，心血來潮想食車仔麵，車仔麵是童年回憶，想當年讀中學的時候，就會同成班同學到學校樓下的大排檔食車仔麵。路過這間車仔麵，雖然是小小的店舖，但裏面光猛整潔，看似傳統，但很新穎。在車仔麵價目單上，點餐以自助的形式，食物的選擇非常多，我們都選擇了六款車仔麵套餐$48，包一杯豆漿，感覺非常抵食。兩碗都非常大碗，牛腩汁車仔麵非常惹味，配上不同類型的配菜，連花枝丸，魚蛋，都特別大粒，非常彈牙，麵質也非常煙韌，食完真的飽到上心口。
