今次黎到黃埔美食坊,想食下越南野~就試下呢間啦~佢既裝潢都真係好有越南風味....有一股共產既味道阿@@佢連一D中式既菜都有, 例如咖哩牛腩...越南小食拼盤! 最好食係越南春卷~炸得夠脆、唔會太油、夠干身! 要點埋佢個汁就最好食啦~茄汁牛腩湯河! 首先佢D牛腩,特別係牛筋唔太入味、有小小韌, 因為佢切得比較大舊! 同埋佢無我地想像中咁濃蕃茄味、不過就勝在個河粉真係好掛湯, 索到哂D味~越式炒金邊粉~炒得算干身、味道適中。不過建議配埋佢個越南辣椒醬一齊食會更香~到底綠色同紅色有咩分別呢?我就試過,覺得綠色比較淡口,無咁酸。反而紅色個酸味就比較重D ,辣味亦都比較突出! 用佢黎點個金邊炒食會好味好多~埋單兩個人280蚊,唔算好貴阿~
