2020年7月2日 星期二為左慶祝考車成功加上呢日又難得地早收工,就同女朋友出去上環行下街,睇下有咩好野食行到嗚越前面突然心思思想食越南野,巧合地女朋友都有差不多既諗法,所以好自然就衝左入去可能時間尚早,仲未有太多人,裡面裝修得幾有特色,似係越南風格,牆上面有好多幅唔同既掛畫餐牌方面見到有套餐可以揀,款式仲要係幾多,我哋每人叫咗一個套餐加杯飲品首先黎既係我叫既越南火車頭,餐牌寫住嘅係一人份量,但係黎既時間都幾大碗,裡面有好多唔同既配料,大部分都係牛唔同既部位,例如牛筋、牛𦟌、牛丸等等,當中最欣賞係生熟牛肉,本身放係碗上面既係生牛肉,而浸左湯之後牛肉會慢慢熟同變色,可以隨意決定牛肉嘅生熟程度。我就覺得牛肉唔應該太熟,如果唔係會太靭。最後係下龍灣海鮮炒金邊粉,上面有好多款唔同既海鮮,炒得都幾乾身,d粉唔會痴埋一舊舊,同埋醬汁唔會太鹹,食完唔太覺得口渴

首先黎既係我叫既越南火車頭,餐牌寫住嘅係一人份量,但係黎既時間都幾大碗,裡面有好多唔同既配料,大部分都係牛唔同既部位,例如牛筋、牛𦟌、牛丸等等,當中最欣賞係生熟牛肉,本身放係碗上面既係生牛肉,而浸左湯之後牛肉會慢慢熟同變色,可以隨意決定牛肉嘅生熟程度。我就覺得牛肉唔應該太熟,如果唔係會太靭。
