To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於深水埗基隆街既一間車仔麵小店, 配料同湯底都幾多選擇, 另外仲有非常吸引既爆漿阿華田西多士, 今次太飽食唔到, 下次一定要再試. 🍽️ 三餸車仔麵 配料選擇多達3-40款, 今次就揀左香辣魷魚、爽脆豬耳、椰菜餃、粗麵. 魷魚同豬耳都非常入味, 而且夠爽口. 而椰菜餃餡料十足, 入口食到爽脆既椰菜, 配搭木耳同豬肉. 湯底方面豬骨雞湯可另加一款醬汁, 總共有5款口味選擇, 今次加左$2要腩汁、沙爹雙併醬. 湯底都幾濃郁, 醬汁入面帶蒜粒令味道更香.
