To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚我地去咗試呢間主打韓式燒肉嘅餐廳試下，餐廳環境幾乾淨企理，店員服務態度超好，會主動幫手清理鐵板同會主動加爐邊蛋👍🏻☺️韓式部隊Shake Shake飯🥘呢個飯嘅份量都幾多，材料豐富，有午餐肉、泡菜、昆布、芽菜等等，全部撈埋一齊再加上有辣醬調味，好鬼惹味🤤所有材料撈埋一齊食，口感層次豐富，辣度適中，唔會太辣，啱晒唔太食得辣嘅朋友。牛氣沖天拼盤🐃🐂真係名副其實😂成個拼盤擺滿晒唔同部位嘅牛肉，包括美國上肩胛肉、美國下肩胛、美國牛小排、日本A4背峰肉、日本A4上腦肉、1++韓牛肉眼、澳洲和牛頸脊、澳洲和牛舌，真係應有盡有！每款牛肉嘅油花分佈同口感都唔同，可以一次過試晒咁多款牛肉，真係好幸福🥰🥰美國牛肉嘅肉味比較濃郁，脂肪分佈都比較平均，口感比較紮實😋日本A4和牛就明顯油花分佈更均勻，入口即溶，油脂香氣十足，入口即溶🤤而韓牛肉眼同澳洲和牛頸脊、澳洲和牛舌各有特色，各有口感，每一款都好有牛味好正🤤🤤鐵板有個位可以整爐邊蛋，可以任加！先放泡菜再倒蛋漿，因為加左泡菜，所以味道好豐富🤤提提大家，9:30後入座有8折，而且仲有宵夜拼盤time🤩🤑 人均消費：～$350🤩 推薦指數：9 / 10📍 餐廳資
