和居和居的裝潢有點舊舊的,很有日本站前小店的感覺。這兒的飲品選擇不多,酒類以燒酎為主,適合女士的果酒似乎比較少。我們被安排坐在吧檯位置,甫坐下,店員便遞上前菜,熱茶則需要叫才有。店內用的盤盤碟碟均很精緻,用來盛前菜的碟子像醬油碟一樣小巧。前菜賣相平實,嚐起來的口感像豬肉,但比較煙韌爽口,店方用的是八爪魚,選取了一些無法用來做刺身的餘料醃漬這款前菜,很有驚喜。感覺上在香港比較難吃到美味的串燒,之前嚐過兩家比較好的分別是山林道的純燒鳥,以及在尖沙咀的鳥燒居「錦」,可惜兩者都敗於雞肝手上。我們點菜後,見師傅習慣在串燒上噴了一點水,再加調味料,然後便放在爐上直火燒。燒好後,鐵架基本也是每次清洗。這兒有完整的日文餐牌,雖然師傅不是日本人,但卻有日本客人來幫襯。最先來的是我最期待的雞肝,顆顆大件肉厚,表面看豬肝色沒什麼特別,但咬下去便知道超juicy,口感不輸於人們嚮往的鵝肝。以前待在日本比較鄉下的地方,車站前有間小小的立食串燒店,除了賣幾款簡單的串燒和啤酒,別無其他。不論什麼款式,價錢一律每串100日元,那麼多年價錢都沒有漲過。老闆燒得最出色的便是雞肝,那個燒至外脆內軟的功力,回到香港真的令人很
