位處於佐敦既一間兩層高既印度餐廳,其實食咖哩一個先決條件一定係要當地人煮,任你五星級酒店廚師有好靚既材料都好,唔係印度人煮始終較唔到果種風味。呢間餐廳就廚師伙計全部都印度人,但唔好以為食物一律辣到不得了,我當日簡左Mild辣,結果其實同譚仔十小辣無乜分別,所以就算平時唔食得辣既人都可以去感受下印度既風味,唔驚辣親。 先講菠菜羊,惹味得黎口感好好,菠菜亦都無渣,羊味唔算太濃,都可能係一件好事;牛油雞就稍為辣少少,但都可以接受,牛油味開胃,配埋薄餅食簡直停唔到手。
