To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唸住簡簡單單食個台灣菜, 見到茶木門口嘅羊肉煲好似好吸引, 仲有得好似打邊爐咁追加牛..鴨血…冰豆腐…菜…正wor!🍲古早羊肉爐我地以為爐仔細細個火都係意思意思, 原來唔係wor! 火力夠哂長滾住個半肉煲. 湯底好有台式風味個種微甜嘅味道, 煲入面放滿好多件大舊羊肉(跟埋一人一碟醬點👍🏻LIKE), 冰豆腐, 冬菇, 蘿蔔, 馬蹄, 姜片…. 淨食個煲已經飽飽地, 建議追加碗飯唔好嘥個湯底. •羊肉完全無個陣over嘅”羶味”, 所以啱哂開心share.🍜紅燒牛頰肉麵好大件👍🏻仲要係好幾件都咁大件啖啖肉, 咬落夠哂腍軟嘅紅燒牛頰肉, 湯頭又係甜甜地架, 選用粗身有咬口感嘅台灣麵, 食完真心飽左.🥑輕薄荷酪梨🥑沙冰, 洛神芒果🥭沙冰我地都揀左冰冰送個羊肉爐冷哂下火咁, 勁勁勁推介超足料! 芒果味沙冰啖啖都係好濃嘅芒果冰, 尤其係我杯奶蓋牛油果rich到無朋友👍🏻.
