To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 留意冬菇串一叫要至少叫兩串。冬菇上面加左芝士!係大量芝士!然後再一齊燒,芝士溶左之後有拉絲效果!正!

舊菇大份又厚身,菇味好香。就算有咁多份量既芝士,但加左泡菜之後,會食到酸酸辣辣既味道!又唔覺得漏。咬落都幾多汁添,即使個菇燒過,都唔會話好乾。

蛋皮包住炒意粉同啲配料,食落口感豐富! 不過有些少辣,因為落左韓式辣醬,但對我黎講都係可接受既,同埋佢辣得黎好惹味,食完又會係咁繼續夾。

左邊個杯Blue Sun Set有檸檬草、菠蘿汁、鮮青檸汁、蝴蝶花茶。
右邊個杯Midnight Gloria有鮮西柚汁、百香果漿、鮮青檸汁、蝴蝶花茶。
當倒入呈藍色既蝴蝶花茶,杯野就會變左兩層layer,上層變左紫色,下層就變左橙黃色。

Blue Sun Set既菠蘿味幾突出,酸酸甜甜咁。
Midnight Gloria好清香,都係酸酸甜甜,好開胃。同埋我地點既食物都係比較辣同熱氣,飲返啲酸酸地既飲品好正。
