To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以北京樓之名來講呢一餐非常抵吃!4大1小,坐得高雅舒適而且捧着肚子走,計埋加一都只係一千元鬆啲埋單。富貴吉祥餐$908頭盤:醉雞、糖醋小排骨、素腐方三個凍盤一齊上,咁一齊影啦!醉雞:凉涼地,皮薄肉嫩,花雕酒非常入味糖醋小排骨:顏色很黑影相出來很難睇,不過味道才是重點,酸甜度適中,小小方塊一口一粒,肉有點鞋口素腐方:太凍,腐皮濕潤嫩滑,咸咸地蘆薈海皇羹清清地,冇乜味,順粹粒粒蘆薈爽口過引宮爆炸蝦球辣味很小,細路都啱食,炸得很靚,熱騰騰炸漿夠薄,外層甜酸漿剛好包裹着蝦球,蝦肉結實彈牙又大隻茶樹菇蒸魚方魚肉勁嫩滑沒腥味,正!茶樹菇亦吸收哂魚的鮮味!北京填鴨呢個餐扺吃在有一整隻跟餐,當然水准也是很高,皮膽肉香,唯一巿惜是切得不入流,正路要是三分皮加一分肉上碟才是皇道吧!!大大籠夠哂包小籠包皮薄多湯汁,熱騰騰!!!姫松茸上湯小黃菜小黃菜肉上湯浸着上碟keep得住溫度,而且姫松茸味道也溶入蔬菜小葱伴麵別看小,小小的伴麵,造型也廷精緻,吃落卻有點似撈麵皇的味道....碗豆皇要睇個人口味,吃這個似是在吃碗豆蓉般,濃濃的豆昧和口感....我想不是人人接受
