鐘意食海鮮嘅我, 今晚心血來潮想搵好野食,朋友知我鐘意食蒸氣石鍋, 就介紹左一間係尖沙咀天文台道, 靚裝兼坐得夠舒服嘅餐廳, 原來就係位於新商厦嘅喜鍋。電梯一開門就睇到個大招牌, 入到門口巳經見到一個好大嘅魚缸, 好多生猛海鮮呀!地方環境果然夠寬敞, 最正就係樓頂夠高! 看看餐牌準備點菜, 今晚得我同老婆兩個人, 其實有好多野都想食, 但又驚食唔晒, 考慮之際, 經理就介紹左一個新出套餐, 價值$398, 呢個價錢, 其實食得海鮮都叫平, 睇埋裏面啲料先...原來有很多配搭, 小食 丶粥底 丶海鮮丶仲有好多蒸鍋食品選擇, 基本跟餐有三文魚刺身, 紐西蘭刀貝, 蒜蓉蒸開邊虎蝦, 其他配搭我就揀咗椒鹽脆豆腐, 南瓜新鮮排骨粥, 薑蔥石蠔, 黃皮老虎斑件, 墨魚丸拼蝦丸, 仲有加多個牛油蒜香雞翼小食...。 落左單期待中, 一上枱就嚟咗一隻開邊龍蝦, 好奇怪喎, 我冇order喎, 問問經理, 佢話晚市會每人送半隻南非龍蝦, My God, 呢啲咪叫最做驚喜囉!其他食落點先?黃皮老虎斑件 , 絕對唔係坊間普通用嘅沙巴龍躉! 厚切, 食落彈牙爽口, 另外自家手打墨魚丸蝦丸, 蒸完出黎真係俾佢嚇
