醉鍋今日天氣凍凍地,於是決定收工喺銅鑼灣搵一間打邊爐,就去咗喺VPoint嘅醉鍋,由於餐廳位於27/F同埋我哋坐正窗邊,都會望到好唔錯嘅維港景色!坐低之後,店員推薦咗醉火入鍋依個湯底俾我哋,真係唔講得少,依個湯底嘅精緻同埋豐富程度真係我見過嘅數一數二,個湯底分咗五格,中間好signature 嘅有酒浸住幾隻蝦,上嘅時候店員會喺我哋面前點火,儀式感十足,而蝦嘅味道俾啲酒釣一釣顯得更加鮮味。而其餘四格比較特別嘅係有半隻龍蝦嘅湯底,仲有好足料嘅麻辣湯底,入邊有豬皮、雲耳、豆卜同埋芽菜,煮耐少少真係好入味!而剩返嘅兩格就係比較健康同埋清啲嘅,比較適合煮蔬菜。首先嚟嘅係手打芝士蝦丸同黑松露蝦蟹餃,我哋都食得岀食材嘅新鮮,個蝦丸嘅芝士味唔會太濃搶咗蝦丸應有嘅鮮味,而且會有啲淡淡嘅芝士香。作為一位黑松露控,個蝦蟹餃就真係冇得輸,大大粒!用龍蝦湯底嚟淥會最夾,松露味亦都好重,食完絕對會齒頰留香!之後就到打邊爐嘅主角啦,我哋兩個人嗌咗一份細嘅頂級安格斯牛小排,份量都足夠,切工唔錯,牛味重而且油脂分布均勻,唔錯唔錯!會推薦試咗用清湯嚟淥試試牛本身嘅味道先,再試其他湯底。另外就有我每次打邊爐必叫嘅響鈴,呢度

另外就有我每次打邊爐必叫嘅響鈴,呢度標榜係即炸手工響鈴,嚟到果然冇令我失望,一睇就知啱啱炸起,響鈴本身好多層非常鬆化,亦都非常之索湯!

而為咗食得健康啲,我哋亦叫咗個蔬菜同埋雜菌拼盤,值得一讚嘅係佢嗰個蔬菜拼盤,種類多之餘份量亦都預得好好,有生菜、油麥菜、西蘭花同埋秋葵等等,啲菜新鮮到索索聲!

最後叫咗個三色鮮制生麵,三隻色嘅面味道略有少少不同,都屬於比較黏身少少嘅麵,個人覺得有比較似蕎麥麵嘅質感,但都好掛湯,個人推薦一定要用麻辣湯底煮!

飲品我哋就叫咗竹蔗茅根同紫貝天葵,打住邊爐咁熱氣飲就最啱,潤喉得來又非常清熱!
