靚靚媽咪同班姊妹經常出入銅鑼灣CUBUS,最近發現大廈多咗韓國人出沒,大多仲要係上高層,年初四契妹黎拜年時講開,上網查證過後先知原來二十一樓新開咗間韓國烤雞店「The Hwaduk」,我地兩隻為食貓尋晚就走咗上去探個究竟 。步出升降機第一刻,已見牆上貼出全新推出之炸魷魚菜式o既廣告,小肥即刻就鎖定其中一款為當晚o既目標 。店子並無用上花巧o既裝飾,只係喺牆上簡單掛咗幾幅畫。似乎係想食客將注意力都投放於透明玻璃窗後面o既巨型烤爐上 ;細佬未見過,所以覺得都幾勁秋。枱櫈全為木造,簡潔清爽,座位又唔會排得密麻麻,感覺極之寬敞 。合拼式o既餐桌喺中央擺出o既大多為二至四人枱,圍繞住牆身及窗邊則拼出長形o既多人散座。開頭見到餐具只有叉同鉗,心諗冇刀又冇筷子食唔食到架 ,食落就知原來個鉗都幾好用。枱邊仲有個桶仔放骨,既方便又衛生 。歡樂時光等契妹出現時,當然係要嘆返杯Sombersby先啦 !餐店理念清晰地印於餐牌上。可能食店老闆係韓國人,餐牌上o既菜名只有韓文同英文。兩口子諗住啲食物唔會好大份,所以就每人先揀咗一樣,食完唔夠可再追加。Chicken with Rice Cake($1
