To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好想食下粉麵類, 記起有間天后清湯腩，清清地番個粉麵都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。#清湯牛腩河粉(轉坑腩），黎到呢度一定會食坑腩, 貪佢冇咁肥，香濃牛味肉質軟淋，筋膜咬落有少少🤏嘅油香，而且柔韌有嚼勁唔會癡牙，清湯清而不膩，河粉滑滑的又爽口。#醉雞，轉雞髀🍗加$5好抵食，酒醃得雞件很入味帶點甜，好香嘅醉酒味，雞髀很嫩滑口，而且充滿蛋白質👍。懶健康的叫芥蘭菜全走，菜很青嫩烚得熟度剛剛好。凍飲每杯只須 +$8很抵啊😜。
