一所比較老牌的日本料理,在香港云云食肆的競爭下仍然屹立不倒,當然有值得支持的價值,這些刺身和壽司分量都是一人前,飽腹程度絕對不用擔心。用的是上等食材,人口就不能騙喔在香港很多日式料理都會用上粒貝,鮮甜爽口,如果處理不當或是次級就很容易吃到腥味鹽燒白子,此白子並非出於鱈魚,口感比較紮實,相信初吃煮也能受落沙甸魚並非人人喜愛,因為此魚味偏濃,而且在香港有些師傅覺得功夫多,所以食材也少入汁煮喜之次,同行日本朋友喜愛食品之一,算是高級魚類,除了汁煮還可以燒,今晚由廚師推薦煮法
