To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一支公順路經過，見到招牌有米芝蓮星星，又見到師傅在門口打緊，應該差極都有限，決定入內一試。先試湯頭，色擇清澈，大地魚和蝦子味道濃鬱但又不混濁，果然比劉X記好。雲吞就一般水準，不太突出，沒有驚喜。最後條的問題來了，確實沒有水味又有蛋香，見到是師傅手打的沒錯。但是煮得太過火了，淋淋的沒有咬口。食竹昇其最大享受是其彈牙的質，但卻被煮壞了。正恨得牙癢癢間，聽到樓面呀姐廚房：X仔煮D好硬，尤其是撈，......"。我明白食物喜好各有不同，但是身為一間米芝蓮餐廳，廚房出品不是應該有堅持嗎？怎可能任由個樓面影響個廚房的出品(雖然我不知道那個啡眼鏡架樓面呀姐是否老闆)。若可做好D，貼張告事本店竹昇，質爽口彈牙，若需煮淋，請早揚聲。不是更好嗎？
