每一次黎完坪洲行山之後,我都好中意黎華記買返D野黎食,今次就買左兩串雞腎,一隻炸雞全翼同埋一個炸油池食(蘿蔔絲餅),滿足下口腹之欲。😋 串燒雞腎系我既必食之一,佢一串$7有4舊,燒完會灑D鹽上去吊味,食落肉汁豐富,又吾韌,可惜系鹹左少少,食完會口乾 ,吾系仲可以追加多一串。🙍 而佢既炸雞全翼我都系第一次試,睇落都幾大隻既佢一隻都只系$8,系依個地方已經算好平,食落去會食到佢既外皮有少少脆,而肉質就算過得去啦,醃得幾入味,少少鹹又有肉地,而且吾系炸得太老,幾香脆,算系合格啦。🍗 好,最後推介佢地既油池🏊,可能依家已經冇乜人知道系咩黎啦。油池系老一輩時代既名黎,簡單黎講佢系將白蘿蔔切絲再以粉槳包到一個餅咁放入油鑊炸至金黃色就完成啦。佢地既油池都幾大舊下,$7一個,一啖咬落去首先食到佢酥脆既外皮,繼而就系包系入面熱辣辣大量夾多汁既蘿蔔絲啦🙌,佢地因為有外皮既保護,炸既時候吾會吸入油份而只系令佢地煮熟,我諗原理就同乞兒雞差吾多啦,系差在油池既外皮都食得😋,總括黎講油池外皮酥脆,而且內面又有大量多汁既蘿蔔絲,系一件飽肚又美味既炸物,不過因為佢始終都系炸過,就吾適宜食咁多啦。
