To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

！！食完唔會再回頭， 已入黑名單！！［食物質素唔掂，衛生差］雞排薄切+酸縮味: 2塊薄切雞排，目測150g 以內，份量少唔係重點，咬落去微暖，食落口第一啖覺得有異味。 以為係味覺問題，飲啖水再試，咬多啖就試真d 就食到酸縮味，即刻lur左出嚟🤮。菇湯凍哂又水汪汪： 溫度可以，微熱，但明顯溝左水，完全係液體狀既。 味道就清淡，有少少菇妹，賣相幾好既，見到有菇粒（雖然冇味）。［服務態度差］反映食物有問題，對唔住都冇聲，仲要搵藉口話係調味落重左手，比說話我聽係我食唔慣唔係佢地問題最後，佢係一蚊冇少收，反而因為我轉左餐就收個餐既正價，另收加一服務費。 埋單仲要只限現金 ／八達通， 基本alipay wechatpay 都冇。真係好憤怒，已入黑名單，希望大家唔好試伏。
