To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唉，嗌左個68蚊楜椒豬肚雞煲，成個湯無楜椒。同個𡃁仔哥哥（我估係太子仔吧，著便服）反映講點解無楜椒，佢仲話d楜椒響底。我用匙羹兜比佢睇一粒楜椒都無，個湯都無楜椒味.....佢話係「用白楜椒」。講真做錯左，咪認囉。佢話「你唔夠，就加d比你」。真係好嬲，我覺得自己入咗黎食，好來好去，賣單再同個𡃁仔講「無楜椒都叫楜椒豬肚雞，要同廚房講吓啦」。佢只喺保持箴默 一粒聲都冇出，完全忽視食客意見。依家叫嘅巿道，仲可以做生意咁黑心。本時去第二d地方食，點衰都唔會寫負評。我無影相，大家要去幫襯就自己諗清楚。
