To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗凍檸茶走冰少甜，然後俾咗杯用凍飲杯裝住嘅熱檸茶走甜，嘢食質數唔得，叫咗海南雞餐，碗紅米飯入面撈咗啲椰菜咁款嘅物體，可能係椰菜飯同白飯個𢳂冇洗或分開用。上菜嗰邊啲職員黑口黑面，職員間互相傾偈先笑哈哈，個經理又大大聲粗口橫飛，做服務業係咪應該匿埋一二邊先講呢？冷氣好似冇開咁，舖頭入面同出面商場差唔多溫度(商場內本身冇冷氣)，然後間舖入面疑似有雀係天花位置築咗巢，不斷雀聲長鳴，食到食得唔安落。睇番其實間嘢係邨內都臭名遠播，唔用心做不如快手執咗去！
