To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先唔係太多單嘅情況之下，肉骨茶漏咗，仲要漏啲唔漏啲，淨係比咗白飯同埋油炸鬼我。油炸鬼仲要係韌嘅。海南雞飯啲雞好細件，只有豉油冇其他醬料，但係收我差唔多一舊水。另外蝦面冇蝦味，喇沙點解會酸嘅？絕對有理由懷疑佢係變壞咗。好奇怪點解食評咁多好評。唯一比較好嘅係飲品，美祿恐龍啲粉一粒粒一粒粒，吉仔冰稍為好少少，涼粉冰淨係煉奶味。最特別嘅係小食，嗰啲鳳尾蝦春卷，啲蝦係霉嘅。真係吐都吐唔切。唯一好少少嘅係蝦片，已經預先包裝好，可能唔係呢間舖頭自己整所以好食。無下次。
