To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真係未見嗰啲咁難食嘅快餐店，比起大家樂嘅簡直差天共地。啲豬扒飯又難食又鞋又重味精還一陣雪藏味，收$75簡直天價。上菜慢過蝸牛，地方又污糟，啲枱黐立立又唔清潔，凍檸茶唔凍冇冰兼且完全唔甜，都唔知呢間係乜嘢垃圾舖頭，收費嗰陣時重要等佢五分鐘一句唔好意思都冇，呢間舖頭真係一無是處。食完之後個口還一陣味精味真係一肚氣，真係未見過廢咁嘅豬扒飯，唔識煮飯就唔好出嚟獻醜，差成咁嘅舖頭唔知點解有咁多個讚，真係莫名其妙。
